Process
A thoughtful approach to your planning experience
From your first inquiry to your wedding day and beyond, my process is designed to feel steady, clear, and supportive. Each step builds naturally on the last, creating a planning journey that feels thoughtful rather than overwhelming.

An Overview of the Peaceful Process
Step 1: Inquire
Every journey begins with a simple first step. When you reach out through my contact form, you're not expected to have everything figured out. This is a space to share where you are, what you are dreaming of, and what kind of support you may need. From the very beginning, my goal is to offer clarity and ease.
Step 2: Clarity Call + Proposal
We’ll connect for a no-pressure Clarity Call, a calm and honest conversation designed to help us discern the right level of support for your season. We talk through your plans, your priorities, and what would feel most helpful moving forward.
After our chat, you’ll receive a thoughtful proposal outlining the experience that best aligns with where you are.. If it feels like the right fit, we’ll move forward joyfully!
Step 3: Booking + Welcome
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll finalize your contract and retainer. You’ll receive a heartfelt Welcome Guide that walks you through clear next steps, so you know exactly what to expect. From here, the planning process begins with intention and calm.
Step 4: Peaceful Planning + Prep
Planning unfolds in seasons, not all at once. Support is paced, thoughtful, and aligned with your experience. My role is to guide decisions, manage details, and bring structure so you can remain present and confident as plans take shape. I’ll coordinate vendors, create timelines, and bring your vision to life. We’ll walk through every detail in the weeks before so you can enter your day with peace and enjoy every moment.
Step 5: Wedding Day Joy + Happily Ever After
On your wedding day, you are free to be fully present and soak in every precious moment. I’ll be behind the scenes, handling the logistics, timeline, and communication with care and intention. Long after the day itself, my hope is that you remember not just how beautiful your wedding was, but how peaceful the journey felt getting there.
