After booking, we’ll get together for a 90-minute vision + values session to map out your priorities, aesthetic, guest experience goals, overall budget, and wedding overview. We’ll begin with your love story and dreams for your day to shape a cohesive vision that reflects your personalities, values, and style — whether that’s classic, modern, faith-filled, or uniquely yours. We will work together to create your very own wedding design board and detailed style plan that will guide every visual detail moving forward.

Support + planning guidance beginning at 18 months before your wedding

Intentional support will start at exactly 18 months before your wedding.

Custom planning checklist

You’ll receive a customized planning checklist created just for you. I'll guide you month by month so nothing gets missed, and you never feel behind.

Intentional wedding design

One of our meetings will focus on your wedding design, where we’ll curate a comprehensive style guide with a mood board, color palette, floral inspiration, and layout. I will help you ensure that every visual detail, from your invitation suite to your reception tablescapes, is cohesive and meaningful.

Venue search + selection

I’ll recommend amazing venues that align with your budget, guest count, style, and faith or cultural preferences. I would love to schedule venue tours, join you (in person or virtually), and support you in making a confident final decision.

Vendor matchmaking + booking assistance

I’ll curate a list of trusted, talented vendors and manage outreach, communication, pricing comparison, and review contracts to help you make informed decisions without overwhelm. I am happy to be the main point of contact for all vendors leading up to the wedding.

Wedding day timeline creation

I'll create a detailed master timeline including load-in + load out times, photo schedule,  and ceremony + reception order of events.

Venue walkthrough

I’ll attend your final walkthrough with you, taking detailed notes, asking the right questions, and ensuring your venue layout works seamlessly with your plans. Then, I’ll communicate the details with your key vendors and finalize all set-up and contingency plans.

Rehearsal coordination (1 hour)

I’ll lead a rehearsal with your officiant, wedding party, and family so everyone feels prepared and supported.

Wedding day management

From set-up to send-off, my team will manage the entire event. Our team handles set-up, timeline execution, vendor coordination, decor styling, guest flow, family support, and final breakdown. You can be fully present and soak in every joyful moment.
